The Plan

I recently moved to a small agricultural town in the heartland of America, that part of the country often referred to by the East and West Coast slickers as the "Fly Over Zone". Even the Weather Channel seems to ignore anything north of Dallas.

Every morning between 8am and 10am I will pull up the blinds and take a picture of the view from my kitchen window across the back yard to my garage/warehouse. It will be the same view every day. I will note the time and temperature and weather conditions.

There is nothing wildly exciting about my view. It is typical of millions of small town views across America. I hope to find interest in the minutiae, the small daily changes. Dog, rabbit and bird footprints in the snow, buds turning into leaves and grass growing as the year turns.
